Where demand sits
Answer the Public, South Africa, export 8 October 2026. Each figure is one phrase. Close variants often share the same rounded number, so they are not added together. “Marloth Park accommodation”, “lodge”, “verblyf” and “akkommodasie” are one family at 6,600, not 26,400.

Germany is the only other Google market in the files with a visible cluster: Kruger accommodation about 260 searches at $1.56. French, Spanish and US Marloth phrases are mostly under 50. There is no Google UK export. UK safari prices in the file sit on TikTok rows (safari 480 at $5.03) and are a test, not a plan.
Instagram has two tags with a recorded volume: #krugernationalpark at 22,200 and #marlothpark at 590. About 240 further tags in the export are zero. YouTube repeats real search phrases (map, gates, where to stay). TikTok volumes are copied queries, not TikTok counts. Amazon is noise.
What the lodge already gets
Google Search Console for https://leriti.com/, 18 September to 6 October 2026. Analytics, 19 September to 8 October. This window closed before the fact sheet. It is the baseline the content year is measured against.
| Query | Clicks | Impressions | Position |
|---|---|---|---|
| leriti safari house | 7 | 45 | 1.8 |
| leriti | 5 | 77 | 5.4 |
| All other named queries | 1 | 1 | — |
| Property total, including anonymised | 28 | 206 | 3.4 |
- No non-brand query. Nothing for Kruger accommodation, Marloth Park lodge, a gate, or a rate. Click-through on the property is 13.6%. South Africa is 25 of 28 clicks. Home takes 27 of the 28.
- Pages already seen, rarely chosen. Travel Info 114 impressions, The Lodge 84, The Rooms 75. The titles are not the questions. Travel Info’s description promises routes, airports and gates. The body has seasons, packing and malaria.
- Facebook is the working channel. 277 sessions, 201 people. Direct 123. Facebook 112. Google organic 39. Bing 1. Nightsbridge 1. Mobile is 213 of 277. A social calendar is justified by this split, not by hashtag volume.
- Bing has already asked the location question. “Where is Leriti Safari House at Marloth Park.” Contact can now answer with 321 Tortoise Street.
On the host, checked 9 October: five rooms and ten adults are on The Rooms, whose title is already “Marloth Park Accommodation”. Experiences publishes Classic safari at R1,250 half day and R1,850 full day per person, private vehicles at R3,800 and R4,800, expedition from R5,500, and the current conservation fees (R134 / R275 / R602) without a tariff date. Biodiversity already separates plains game at the lodge, lion and rhino at Lionspruit, and Kruger on the drive. The spa title already says “Spa in Marloth Park”. Plan Your Stay already prices self-catered exclusive use at 20% under the hosted rate, without the word self-catering.
How a phrase was assigned
The same rule as the fact-sheet briefing. The homepage title stays “Accommodation near the Kruger National Park.” A second URL for that sentence would split the only commercial page Google has started to trust.
- SEO, on a page that exists. The searcher is choosing Marloth, a gate from this street, or what the stay includes. Rooms, Travel Info, Experiences, Biodiversity, Plan Your Stay and the spa already have the URL. P1 and P2 finish them.
- SEO, as a guide. The searcher is deciding, and the answer is longer than a paragraph. One guide a month. Each links to the commercial page. None of them uses the homepage title as its target.
- Paid. The searcher is ready to book and the organic result is SANParks or an OTA. Two landing pages: home for stay queries, Experiences for safari queries. Ads start after P1.
- Social. Facebook, because it is already 40% of sessions. Instagram and TikTok, because the footage exists at the fence. YouTube, because it is the only social surface that is also a search box. One film a month, cut down for the other three.
- Left alone. The park’s name, property, jobs, camping, rest-camp names, five-star concessions, weather forecasts, maps, and zero-volume hashtags.
P1, P2, P3
Web changes, in order. P1 is October and the first half of November. The November guide does not publish until P1 is on the host. Copy lives in Flatsome and Rank Math, the same way as the fact sheet.
Finish the pages that already impress
This is the queue the fact-sheet briefing left open, plus the two content gaps that block the first guides. Expected movement: the first non-brand impression in Search Console, on Marloth or on a gate, within about 28 days of the homepage facts going live. A position is not predicted.
- Homepage facts. Marloth Park, 321 Tortoise Street, five rooms in three types, ten adults, meals and safaris arranged with the stay, rates confirmed on enquiry. The poetic heading can stay. The facts carry “accommodation near the Kruger” and “Marloth Park”. One sentence, once. This item is shared with the fact-sheet briefing and is not rebuilt here.
- Travel Info routes. Host-confirmed time from Johannesburg, from Nelspruit, and from Kruger Mpumalanga International. Name Skukuza as the wrong airport for this lodge. Name Crocodile Bridge and Malelane, and say which one the team uses. Do not publish a drive time the team has not driven.
- Which gate, on Experiences. Under “Into the Southern Kruger”: Crocodile Bridge for a morning from this lodge, Malelane when that is the better entrance, and why Phabeni, Numbi and Paul Kruger are the wrong plan from Tortoise Street. One line on weekend queues, in the team’s words. The 9,900-search gate name stays with SANParks.
- Date the fee box. “SANParks conservation fees, 1 November 2025–31 October 2026” and a link to the rates page. R134, R275 and R602 are already correct. They need a date before 1 November, or they come down. Pensioner and Wild Card rules are added only after a live check that week.
- Homepage links. Travel Info and the spa join rooms, experiences and biodiversity in the paths a guest can follow. Those two URLs are the airport, the malaria answer and the spa.
Make the existing answers quotable
November and December, beside the first two guides. Expected movement: Travel Info and Biodiversity start to collect impressions on the questions they already answer. Clicks come after the titles match.
- Biodiversity, as questions. Three headings on the page that already has the facts: Are there lions in Marloth Park? Is it Big Five? What do guests see from the lodge? Lions and rhino stay at Lionspruit. Plains game stays at the houses. Kruger stays on the drive. No second wildlife article.
- Afrikaans opening. Two or three sentences on The Rooms, which already holds the Marloth title. Verblyf, akkommodasie, ontbyt, safari’s gereël. Written by a speaker.
- Self-catering, named once. On Plan Your Stay, in the section that already says 20% under the hosted rate: this is the whole lodge and the kitchen, not a holiday cottage.
- FAQ markup. Visible questions only, on Experiences, Travel Info, Biodiversity and Plan Your Stay. Which gate, conservation fees, children on safari, malaria, check-in, pets, self-catered versus a cottage. The pet answer is the house rule. It is not on the site today.
- Best time, as a section. Travel Info already has summer at about 30–33°C and winter at about 6–27°C, and malaria from September to May. Title that section as the best-time answer. Point forecasts at Yr. School-holiday pressure at Malelane goes in the same section.
- Titles that match the impression. Travel Info: how you reach the lodge, and which gate. Rooms: where you sleep in Marloth. Plan Your Stay: how the stay is booked. The Lodge: the hours between safari. The homepage title does not change.
The guides, the spa menu, a name
From November 2026 through October 2027. One guide a month, in the sitemap, linked from the commercial page it supports. Expected movement is in the year table below, not in a score.
- Twelve posts. The calendar in the next section. Each one needs a byline, photographs from this property, and a booking path to Nightsbridge or hello@leriti.com. A guide that ranks and does not say how to book is unfinished.
- Spa menu. Duration and a from-price for massage, skin, and hands and feet, and whether a day visitor can book. The title is already the query. About 390 searches.
- A named host. Who answers the WhatsApp line and hello@leriti.com. A role is enough. Contact currently names no one.
- Food, as a note. Not a directory. Where guests eat when they are not dining at the lodge, and where the Spar is. Restaurants are about 1,300 searches and they rot if the list is long. Marloth Park Adventures go-karts stay a neighbour.
- Fee year roll. October 2027, and every October after. The Experiences box is updated to the new SANParks year or taken down the week the tariff changes.
The year of guides
November 2026 to October 2027. Twelve posts, not four a week. The addressable non-brand demand a ten-guest lodge can answer is a short list. Publishing past it would compete with the homepage. Volumes are the reason each month exists. Where the export shows no volume, the reason is a question guests already ask in People Also Ask or in the Facebook groups.
| Month | Guide | Primary evidence | Must be first-party | Links to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nov 2026 | Which Kruger gate is close to Marloth Park | People Also Ask, first question. Malelane gate name 9,900, owned by SANParks. Crocodile Bridge gate about 880. “Marloth to Crocodile Bridge” is 50. | The entrance the team uses, and when they choose Malelane instead | Experiences, Travel Info |
| Dec 2026 | Sleep in Marloth, or inside the park | Same question in the Kruger Facebook group and in People Also Ask. “Marloth vs Kruger” is unmeasured in the export. Where-to-stay at 14,800 stays paid. | What a three-night festive stay here actually looks like after the gates close | Home, Plan Your Stay |
| Jan 2027 | What you see from the lodge, and what you only see inside | “Are there lions in Marloth Park” is 20. “What is Marloth Park” is 20 at $1.04. Competitor sites still say four of the Big Five. | This summer’s sightings from Tortoise Street, not a species list copied from SANParks | Biodiversity |
| Feb 2027 | A morning in the southern Kruger | Game drive about 880 at $0.75. National safari head terms stay in paid search. | A route the guides will still drive in February, plus the snack and the conservation fee on top | Experiences |
| Mar 2027 | When to come south | Weather is 9,900 and belongs to Yr. This is the seasonal decision Travel Info already half-answers. | How Malelane and the lodge feel in late summer, including rain closures the team has seen | Travel Info |
| Apr 2027 | Driving to Marloth Park | Airport 1,300 at $0.77. Kruger from Johannesburg 320 at $1.84. Marloth from Johannesburg 40. From Nelspruit 70. | The N4 times the team gives guests, KMIA, and why Skukuza is the wrong airport | Travel Info, transfers |
| May 2027 | Malaria, as the main season ends | Kruger and malaria about 260. Travel Info already has September to May, dusk to dawn, and “ask a doctor”. | The same medical line, dated, with the SANParks notice linked. No dosage. | Travel Info |
| Jun 2027 | Winter at the lodge | Things to do about 720. Winter temperatures are already on Travel Info, about 6–27°C. | What is easier to see when the bush opens, from the verandah and from the vehicle | The Lodge, Experiences |
| Jul 2027 | Three nights in the school holidays | Family packages in the export are about 50. The useful evidence is queue behaviour at Malelane, which the December guide started. | Child rule: under 16 by arrangement, under 12 only on a private vehicle. A real three-day shape. | Plan Your Stay |
| Aug 2027 | Self-catering means the whole lodge | Self-catering accommodation about 1,000 at $0.61. Cheap, backpackers and caravan are a different stay and stay out of the copy. | The 20% rate, the kitchen, housekeeping still included, safaris still arranged | Plan Your Stay |
| Sep 2027 | First rain, and the birds | Biodiversity already names hornbills, turacos, fish eagles, bateleurs. Spring is when the malaria section becomes relevant again. | What changed in the garden after the first rain this year | Biodiversity, Travel Info |
| Oct 2027 | What a day in the park costs, before the tariff changes | Entrance fee about 4,400. The post does not try to outrank SANParks. It says what is added to a Leriti safari. | The new tariff if SANParks has published it, otherwise a dated “check on 1 November” line | Experiences |
What one guide contains
A single question in the title. The answer in the first screen, with the lodge’s own detail. A dated fact where the fact expires. Photographs from this property. One booking path. Internal links only to the pages in the last column. No park history, no Big Five definition, no “top ten lodges in Kruger”.
Paid search
Two campaigns, after P1. No budget is set here. The export has no conversion data, and the site has 39 organic sessions in three weeks. Spend follows the first non-brand impression, not the other way around.
| Campaign | Phrases | Why paid | Landing page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stay | where to stay 14,800 at $0.38. Kruger accommodation 8,100 at $0.74. Marloth lodge 6,600 at $0.48, exact match, turned down once the rooms page is chosen. | SANParks and the OTAs own the Kruger stay queries. Marloth is an SEO target that is absent from those results today, so a small exact-match run covers the gap. | Homepage, once the facts block is up |
| Safari | safari kruger 1,600 at $1.61. Safari in the park 1,000 at $1.30. “Safari in South Africa Kruger” 1,000 at $2.10, only if the ad states a southern day drive. | UK and South African results are tour operators. A blog will not pass them. | Experiences, with the from-rate and the gate in the first screen |
- Negatives from the first week. For sale, property, jobs, vacancies, caravan, camping, backpackers, cheap, map, weather, phone number, Skukuza, Satara, Mopani, and competitor house names.
- Do not buy. The park’s name at 60,500. Five-star and private-reserve terms. The 5-star phrase is 170 searches at $2.75 and it is a different product. Germany can be a small English-language test after the South African stay campaign converts. French and Spanish sites are not supported by the volumes.
How we will know
Search Console is the scoreboard. Impressions on “kruger national park” are not a win. Brand position near 2 is the control, and it should stay there.
| Baseline, early Oct | 28 days after P1 | End of Feb 2027 | End of Jul 2027 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Named non-brand queries | 0 | At least one of: Marloth accommodation, Marloth lodge, which gate, Crocodile Bridge | Gate, wildlife, or stay-or-inside showing impressions | A non-brand click on a guide or on Rooms |
| Organic clicks | 28 in 19 days, brand | Brand clicks hold. Non-brand may still be zero. | Non-brand impressions visible in the query report | Non-brand clicks, even a handful |
| Facebook sessions | 112 of 277 | Still the largest referred channel | Guide URLs appear in the landing-page report | Same |
| YouTube | No lodge films in this plan | November film live, if P1 shipped | 4 films | 9 films |
| Paid | Off | Stay campaign eligible | Search terms reviewed weekly. Negatives from section 6 are in. | Safari campaign only if the stay campaign has sent an enquiry |
The query list we track
marloth park accommodation. marloth park lodge. marloth park verblyf. which gate is closest to marloth park. crocodile bridge from marloth. are there lions in marloth park. stay in marloth or kruger. kruger national park airport. The head term is watched so we can see if a guide has started to compete with the homepage. If it has, the guide’s title changes.
What we will not publish
Volume in this programme is twelve guides and a repeating social month. It is not a post every day, and it is not a second homepage.
- No article aimed at “kruger national park”, and no park-wide where-to-stay list. Those are 60,500 and 14,800, and they belong to SANParks.
- No change to the homepage title. The fact-sheet briefing locked it. Marloth language goes in the facts block and on The Rooms.
- No second wildlife story. Biodiversity is the account. January’s guide uses it.
- No invented nightly rate. Plan Your Stay keeps rates on enquiry until one sentence is locked. LekkeSlaap’s from-R3,000 and Sleeping-OUT’s from-R1,500 are their listings, not copy we paste.
- No malaria dosage. The May guide stops at the precautions already on Travel Info and “ask a doctor”.
- No property, jobs, camping, Skukuza, Satara, five-star concessions, or competitor house pages.
- No weather-forecast page, no full-park map, no Numbi or Phabeni film.
- No German, French or Spanish site. Afrikaans is an opening on The Rooms, not a locale.
- No hashtag list beyond the two tags that have volume. The other ~240 Instagram rows are zero.
- No guest network password, and no drive time the hosts have not confirmed.
Method
Two data sets, kept separate. Search Console and Analytics are what the site did. Answer the Public is what people type, and it is an estimate.
Search Console, property https://leriti.com/, 18 September to 6 October 2026, as reported in the fact-sheet briefing. Analytics, 19 September to 8 October: 277 sessions. Bing Webmaster noted there for the location query. Those numbers are not re-pulled in this document.
Answer the Public, 8 October 2026. Seeds: Kruger National Park (South Africa), Kruger National Park accommodation (South Africa, Germany, France, Spain), Marloth Park (South Africa), Marloth Park accommodation (South Africa, Germany, France, Spain, United States). The duplicate Kruger file was ignored. After deduplicating keyword, country and platform, South African Google and Bing phrases with a volume above zero number 1,441. Figures in the tables are the highest reported volume for that phrase, not a sum.
Live results checked 9 October for the park name, Kruger accommodation, where to stay, Marloth Park accommodation, Malelane Gate, malaria and lions, and “kruger national park safari” from the United Kingdom. The host was read the same day: home, rooms, lodge, experiences, spa, biodiversity, plan your stay, travel info, contact, and llms.txt. Conservation fees were matched to the SANParks page for 1 November 2025–31 October 2026.
The fact-sheet briefing remains the source for the homepage, the graph and the listings. This briefing does not rescore SEO, AEO or GEO. It adds the content those scores were never going to produce on their own: a non-brand query, from a guide that does not wear the homepage’s title.
Social calendar
The month repeats. The subject changes with the guide. Volume for the year: 12 YouTube films, about 12 Instagram posts a month, the same moments cut for TikTok, and 8 Facebook answers a month. That is the volume the session data supports. Facebook is 112 of 277 sessions. Instagram’s usable tags are two.
The standing month
What each month’s film is
November 2026, written out
P1 has to be live before the week of 16 November. If the gate block and the routes are not on the host, week 3 slips to December and the November film waits with it.
December repeats the grid with the stay-or-inside film. The dates move. The four jobs do not.
